THE CASE OF I.C.C; Justice or Injustice for Kenyans.?

The Joy of Ruto and Sang...

Obvious, I knew the case wont get any where, but, they, the perpetrators and foxes know what they schemed.

The blood of those children of God that got blazed and burnt inside the church, the IDPS and slaves in their own mother-land country, those that died and lost property.

Like Daudi Mwangosi of Arusha, their blood will be paid.

The I.C.C suspects ,moreover recently the D.P William Ruto and Joshua Arap Sang are happy now they are free.

But,truth is, You can escape Bensoudas and ICC drag-net but you can't hide from God.

He is not  a man that He can lie nor be bribed.
Am not saying that you are guity , but if its true The Lord will avenge.

Ecclesiastes 3:16-17, 22
And moreover I saw under the sun the place of judgment, [that] wickedness [was] there; and the place of righteousness, [that] iniquity [was] there.

3:17  I said in mine heart, God shall judge the righteous and the wicked: for [there is] a time there for every purpose and for every work.

3:22  Wherefore I perceive that [there is] nothing better, than that a man should rejoice in his own works; for that [is] his portion: for who shall bring him to see what shall be after
him?

MAINTAIN AN ETERNAL PERSPECTIVE.

Always maintain an eternal  perspective....,,
Colosians 3:2
Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.
kjv.

Maintaining an eternal perspective and value system that is based on setting our hearts on things above, is the biggest reward that any believer can ever give to our Lord Jesus.
Upright training of the youth will most certainly require that we challenge them to interogate every single thing they engage  in by  asking, ''how does this help my eternity?''
This can only yield a heavenly focused generation of young people who do not store up for themselves treasures on earth where moths and  rust destroy , and thieves break in and steal { Mathew 6:19~22 }

The countedness that this kind of upward focus generates will normally cause the youth to know that they belong to God and cannot loose , no matter what their earthly situation may look like.

At this place , the love for Christ is sufficient. Further, the novel peace that overtakes such youth will come from the knowledge that whether they live r die, they will win at the wnd.

Although this truth is allowed to animate in the hearts of our godly young people , it is imperative that they understand the implication of preserving their faith in order to continuosly make spiritual gains, even here on earth.

For our thoughts , attitudes and actions to be more and more Christ alike, it is important that we as believers be sensitive to serving the poor in the society.
The youth Church must highly encouraged to tend the elderly ,widows and even the sick in hospitals.
Helping the destitutes and the disadvantaged in our communities is not something the youth should do just as a gesture of goodwill , but as a matter of life and death, for their own good that they may enter the kingdom of God. { Mathew 25:31~46}.

Our young people must be given the opportunity of serving in the worship and prayer teams within the church, as this  can only draw them closer to God.

When Israel was in the wilderness, the Lord maintained the Cloud of His Glory  in order to give them a sense of direction as to where they were headed to .As the cloud moved , so did the Isralites. This means that they had to stay alert watching each day for God's guidance.
It's an act that  was essential for the people to trust God on a daily basis rathet than their own earthly strength.
This object lesson on obedience should actually be the description of our day to day lives as Christians.

Only this level of obedience enabled Israel to access the Promised Land.
And if we can utilise this lasting example of maintaining an eternal perspective and value system by setting the hearts of our youth, on things above, then a historic Holy Ghost revival will visit. The Holy Ghost who is delegated with reviving today's church thrives on obedience.

Such impeccable obedience enabled Israel to access the extraneous source of strength from the Lord.

Todays, Christian youth too can be able to reach the supernatural power of the Holy Spirit for overcoming the world.
But this will come about, only and only , when they demonstrate the level of obedience that Israel presented in the wilderness .
Building such a new life involves entering unchattered teritory where the focus is on God's daily unfailing help.

The motivation here is to completely disconnect from dependence on man but on God alone.

TURN BACK TO THE LORD ; Re-kindle Your Faith.

Exercising faith in God,

Job 22:23
If thou return to the Almighty, thou shalt be built up, thou shalt put away iniquity far from thy tabernacles.

kjv.

One servant of God in Uganda said something very important that...
"we Christians of today, we have only believed half of the gospel, the other half we've left it ...."

Well, absolutely he's right, we pray but we fail to believe in God.

One man, a neighbour of mine who happens to be an adventist, one he was arguing with me saying .....
"there are no miracles today, all that we see being perfomed in churches and crusades today are all lies. Why cant they then raise up the dead if they have power.......?"

Jesus made it clear.....

John 14:12
Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater [works] than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.

kjv

Most of the time we happen to follow Jesus ,but , one leg is with Jesus, the other is still with the world.

We equate Jesus with our earthly needs. We worry more about our needs than fearing the Lord Jesus.

Job 23:16
Almighty God has destroyed my courage. It is God,not the dark, that makes me afraid -even though the darkness has made me blind.

Good News Translation

The Story of a business man from China.

Theres a story of one business man from China who had his busineses and big chain stores. This man was so obsessed with his business that he couldnt have a sleep, all his worries were on his business.

One person asked him,
"why arent you going to church?"
he said,
"if I go to church on Sunday ,my business will fail..."

It didnt take long for the businessman, after sometimes he went through problems, deeper problems.

His wife became very sick at a point of death. His all profits went to his wife's hospital bill.
The business ran into losses sliding fast.

His only son , turned into robbery and it didnt take long, he was shot dead by police.
The house turned into hell in a fraction of time. From happiness to tribulations.
It went on, the man became bankrupt, he closed his chain stores one by one.

Then at one time, his senses brought him back into rememberence of what he was asked a few years back....
"...why arent you going to church....?"

At that point, he sought the church for help. He gave his life to Jesus.
Am telling you, God saved him back , he is now a servant of God.

Christians today,

Thats the same of today, we try to travel two paths at the same time, serve two masters at the same.

Here Job tells us,

Job 22:21
Acquaint now thyself with him, and be at peace: thereby good shall come unto thee.

Job 22:22
Receive, I pray thee, the law from his mouth, and lay up his words in thine heart.

Job 22:23
If thou return to the Almighty, thou shalt be built up, thou shalt put away iniquity far from thy tabernacles

Job 22:24
Then shalt thou lay up gold as dust, and the [gold] of Ophir as the stones of the brooks.

Job 22:25
Yea, the Almighty shall be thy defence, and thou shalt have plenty of silver.

Job 22:26
For then shalt thou have thy delight in the Almighty, and shalt lift up thy face unto God.

Job 22:27
Thou shalt make thy prayer unto him, and he shall hear thee, and thou shalt pay thy vows.

Job 22:28
Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways.

kjv.

We must return back to the Lord and submit ourselves to Him.

Give up all our lusts and desires, all siver and gold that we see are more precious to us.

If we do so, then the Lord God, will shine his face upon us. We will see his goodness. We wont pray with doubt again.

Our trust will be upon him, our joy and our happiness will revolve in Him.

He will fulfill His promises and He will answer our prayers. We will never doubt in our prayers.

Success and victory will follows us in all our days.
We will never fail to fulfill our vows, for He will be there to provide for us.

REBUILDING THE WALLS ; The Story of Nehemiah.

Nehemiah's Burden for Jerusalem...

The book of Nehemiah is set at time wgen the Isralites were coming back from Babylonian captivity.

Nehemiah in Persia serving King Artaxerxes, hears that the walls and the gates of Jerusalem lies in ruins and desolation, he wepts, the burden for concern of Jerusalem walls grow in him.

Nehemiah 1:1 The words of Nehemiah the son of Hachaliah. And it came to pass in the month Chisleu, in the twentieth year, as I was in Shushan the palace,
Neh 1:2 That Hanani, one of my brethren, came, he and [certain] men of Judah; and I asked them concerning the Jews that had escaped, which were left of the captivity, and concerning Jerusalem.
Neh 1:3 And they said unto me, The remnant that are left of the captivity there in the province [are] in great affliction and reproach: the wall of Jerusalem also [is] broken down, and the gates thereof are burned with fire.
Neh 1:4 And it came to pass, when I heard these words, that I sat down and wept, and mourned [certain] days, and fasted, and prayed before the God of heaven,
Neh 1:5 And said, I beseech thee, O LORD God of heaven, the great and terrible God, that keepeth covenant and mercy for them that love him and observe his commandments:
Neh 1:6 Let thine ear now be attentive, and thine eyes open, that thou mayest hear the prayer of thy servant, which I pray before thee now, day and night, for the children of Israel thy servants, and confess the sins of the children of Israel, which we have sinned against thee: both I and my father's house have sinned.

kjv

~Have a concern for your people, neighbours, friends and family and for your nation.

Nehemiah was living a good life, but with that position, still used that chance to gain favour from the King so as to go back to start the rebuilding of the gate and the walls.

We need to have a deep concern for our fellow brethrens who have fallen away. Others walls have been destroyed by the devil.

In these perilious and dangerous times we are living, the devil is using all devices to pull down your wall so as to destroy you.

We have been exposed openly, the gates of our spirit are left open without a guard to protect it.Satan comes in and out any time he wants.

Example, the youths have gone unto drugs, immorality and poor habits. People have been strangled with world desires and worries that they find no time in seeking God.

That devil is pouncing and punching us with all kinds of tribulations, sickness, poverty, war, hatred, corruption, prayerlessnes, lacks and all fruits of evil.

John 10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have [it] more abundantly.

One whose walls are pulled down, gates have no guard to protect the person, then he is open to danger ans attacks from satan.

~Pray for those who their walls have been destroyed.

The scriptures say that, when Nehemiah heard that the walls and gate of Jerusalem still lie in ruins, he wept and prayed unto God.
He interceded for his fellow Isralites for their sins and wickedness.

This is what we are to do, intrecede for your nation, lost youths, the church leaders, our politicians who have sinned and have done wickedness on the land.

Remember not to be selfish, dont pray for yourself alone, infact , pray for others more, than for yourself.

Neh 2:1 And it came to pass in the month Nisan, in the twentieth year of Artaxerxes the king, [that] wine [was] before him: and I took up the wine, and gave [it] unto the king. Now I had not been [beforetime] sad in his presence.

Let the pain for your  people be seen.

~Encountering opposition.

Bear in mind that the devil never gets tired in looking to destroy you. There are always some people who will use different device to pull you down again.

Neh 4:7 But it came to pass, [that] when Sanballat, and Tobiah, and the Arabians, and the Ammonites, and the Ashdodites, heard that the walls of Jerusalem were made up, [and] that the breaches began to be stopped, then they were very wroth,
Neh 4:8 And conspired all of them together to come [and] to fight against Jerusalem, and to hinder it.

kjv

~Continue Fighting,

But,the bible tells us that Nehemiah was never shakened by  by the oposers ,the Arabians and Ammonites, Sanballat and Tobbiah.

Keep praying and continue to be alert in the spirit.

Neh 4:9 Nevertheless we made our prayer unto our God, and set a watch against them day and night, because of them.

The devil is saying, you wont get anywhere far, he is seeking to destroy you.

Neh 4:11 And our adversaries said, They shall not know, neither see, till we come in the midst among them, and slay them, and cause the work to cease.

Nehemiah developed one of the best strategies ever,

Neh 4:16 And it came to pass from that time forth, [that] the half of my servants wrought in the work, and the other half of them held both the spears, the shields, and the bows, and the habergeons; and the rulers [were] behind all the house of Judah.

Neh 4:17 They which builded on the wall, and they that bare burdens, with those that laded, [every one] with one of his hands wrought in the work, and with the other [hand] held a weapon.

Neh 4:18 For the builders, every one had his sword girded by his side, and [so] builded. And he that sounded the trumpet [was] by me.

Remember, as you rebuild the walls, the hand should hold on your weapon, sword of of the Holy Ghost.

Never give the devil a chance to penetrate.

GOD BLESS YOU.

Sermon by, Youth , Sister Anne
at G.R.C Mombasa,Mtongwe on  Friday 29th Jan 2016 during 5th day of fasting and prayers theme "Lord Change my Story, Transform my Mind Romans 12:2"

twitter@simmonjestymore

Monday 25 January 2016

TRANSFORMATION, BY THE RENEWAL OF OUR MIND.

Romans 12:2
And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the
renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what [is] that good, and
acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

kjv

The mind,is the field where all battles with strong holds takes place.
The devil fights the minds to fight us.

When we got saved, thwre was a change in our lives, but, we need a
contunuos renewal of our minds by the Spirit.

But you find people are saved but still suffer and struggle with old
mentality,behaviour,addictions and habits.
You can see some even their talking , still clearly show they are
still in their old days.

Mind renewal is the key to overcome the old mindsetts that chain us.
But here us the key,

Galatians 5:16
[This] I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the
lust of the flesh.

Let yor mind me aligned with God's word.
We do what the word says.
The mind, is the controll tower of us, we do what the mind directs us.
Theres a quote that says "where your mind is, thats where you are going to"
meaning, if you plant negativity in your mind, probably , negative
will be the results which is failure.

Positiveness in our minds is what brings success .
Ephesians 4:23
And be renewed in the spirit of your mind
Ephesians 4:24 And that ye put on the new man, which after God is
created in righteousness and true holiness.

Your transformation must show a change in your life .

Paul knew and made it clear, his life was transformed the day he met
Jesus on his way to Damascus. For three days in blindness, the Lord
was transforming him for the great commision.

Its important for you to know the day you got changed.
Change in your behaviour, talking and perceptions. Put on Jesus in your
life as a garment.

God's Generals

Quote from one of the greatest evangelists of time,

""The chief danger of the 20th century will be religionwithout the Holy Ghost, Christianity without Christ, forgiveness without repentance, salvation without regeneration, politics without God.

By William Booth....
   Founder,Salvation Army

GENERALS IN GOD'S  ARMY

A friend of mine from Malawi this morning sent me this message on Whatsapp, I feel to share this to you.

QUESTION 3
…... "Teacher, what good thing must I
do to get eternal life?"
"Jesus answered……... if you want to
enter life, keep the commandments.Ma
tthew 19:16-17
If an inquirer after salvation were to
ask, "What must I do to inherit eternal
life?" the modern teachers of
sanctification would answer, "Only
believe that Jesus saves you."

But
when Christ was asked this question
He said, "What is written in the law?
Howreadest thou?" And when the
questioner replied, "Thou shalt love the
Lord thy God with all thy heart, and thy
neighbor as thyself," Jesus said, "Thou
hast answered right: this do, and thou
shalt live." Luke 10:26-28. {FLB 217.2}

And the LORD God said, Behold, the
man is become as one of us, to know
good and evil: and now, lest he put
forth his hand, and take also of the tree
of life, and eat, and live forever:

Therefore the LORD God sent him forth
from the Garden of Eden, to till the
ground from whence he was taken. So
he drove out the man; and he placed at
the east of the garden of Eden
Cherubims, and a flaming sword which
turned every way, to keep the way of
the tree of life. Genesis 3:22-24…

Blessed are they that do his
commandments that they may have
right to the tree of life, and may enter
in through the gates into the
city.Revelation 22:14.

In the earthly sanctuary, there was the
most Holy place where the Ark of the
Covenant was placed, and there were
two Cherubim at both ends of the
mercy seat on top of the ark, and the
mercy seat was placed where they met
God to receive His words of life.

Then,
why did God make two Cherubim at
both ends of the mercy seat on top of
the ark? It is because the tree of life
leading to eternal life was in the ark. In
other words, the Ten Commandments
were given instead of the tree of life
from what Adam and Eve had eaten.

The two Cherubim who guarded the
Ark of the Covenant also had flaming
sword.

So, when Uzzah put his hand
on the ark by mistake, he was killed;
and when the two son of Aaron
violated the command of God, a fire
came out of the ark and devoured
them to death- 2 Samuel 6:1-7,
Leviticus 10:1-3.

So Jesus said,' if you
want to enter into life, obey my
commandments'-Matthew 19:16…By
transgression Adam lost Eden.
By the
transgression of God's commandments
man will lose heaven, and an eternity
of bliss.

These are no idle tales, but
truth. . . . I ask, on which side are you
standing? {FLB 74.4}

"Do not think that I have come to
abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have
not come to abolish them but to fulfill
them. for truly I tell you, until heaven
and earth disappear, not the smallest
letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will
by any means disappear from the law
until everything is accomplished.

Therefore anyone who sets aside one
of the least of these commands and
teaches others accordingly will be
called least in the kingdom of heaven,
but whoever practices and teaches
these commands will be called great in
the kingdom of heaven.Matthew
5:17-19.

Better Plan For Your Future

Habakuk 2:2
And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make [it] plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.

Habakuk 2:3
For the vision [is] yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.

kjv

It may seem that you have been praying persistently for a need for a long time, but ,dont loose hope for God will fulfill it at last.

Reflect back to the Lord  what He says in the scriptures when praying, surely ,though it may seem long time,He works at the best appointed time.

Exodus 23:29
I will not drive them out from before thee in one year; lest the land become desolate, and the beast of the field multiply against thee.

Exodus 23:30
By little and little I will drive them out from before thee, until thou be increased, and inherit the land.

Wait upon the Lord.

This year 2016 write out your resolution, make them plain to God and pray that God will enable you to fullfill them.
Let your visions and goals built on faith and God.

HOW SATAN DESTROYS THE CHURCH.

Be serious! Be alert!
Your adversary the Devil is prowling around like a roaring lion, looking for anyone he can devour.
1 Peter 5:8

... Concentrate your attention on Jesus and encouraging others to follow Jesus — and not to focus on the defeated one.

We are to keep "our eyes on Jesus, the source and perfecter of our faith".

Yet, I'm fully aware Satan loves to destroy –or attempt to destroy – a church.

Obviously, Satan is a limited being – and God's church is secure.
The gates of hell shall never overcome what God started.

But, Satan certainly loves to disrupt the work of God's church – and the work of those who love the church.

Here are 7 way Satan tries to destroy a church:

1.CHURCH CONFLICT.

Satan loves business meetings which get out of hand or when two church members have disagreements inside or outside of church.
He loves when church members argue about trivial things, such as colors of the carpet or big things, such as whether to add another service.
Worship style or pastoral authority – doesn't matter to the evil one.
Show him a potential argument and he's willing to stir the fire – and these days he may use social media to do it.

2.STAFF OR VOLUNTEER BURNOUT.

Satan loves to burn out a church volunteer, staff member, or pastor.

If he can make them feel they are no longer needed, their work is not appreciated,or they no longer have anything to offer – he feels he's winning part of the battle.

He loves to spread the lies of discouragement and unworthiness.

3.RUMOR SPREADING.

Satan is the stirrer of dissension.
He likes to plant little seeds of a juicy story, about someone in the church or community – sometimes even the pastor or staff – and watch them quickly spread.
The version, of course, usually grows to a larger portion than reality.
Satan likes this too. If you're tempted to repeat something you know you shouldn't,the enemy will make sure you find an opportunity.

4.BUSYNESS.

Satan loves to distract church goers with a plethora of activity, which produce little results in Kingdom-building, but make people feel they've done something.
He loves programs, activities, full calendars – if they keep people busy in the church, so they never have time to share the Gospel outside the church.
And, he has been known to guilt people into staying busy, so they never rest and eventually burnout – then fallout altogether.

5.LIES

Satan attempts to interject what is often called a "half-truth" – just a hint of false doctrine – and then watch it disrupt or divide a body.
Of course, we all know half-truth is really just a cleaned up version of a bold face lie, but Satan is clever enough to disguise a lie in a way where false teachers gain entry and do damage before being discovered.
The enemy also loves to condemn you, convince you you'll never measure up, and remind you all the things you did wrong.
He is not afraid to lie about God's grace, His unconditional love, or the Spirit's work in your heart.

6.SCANDAL

Satan loves when the church makes the news – especially if there's a good, juicy, gossipy headline in the local paper.
If it will split, divide or destroy a church body – even better.
If it will destroy someone's Kingdom calling or work – he'll take it too.
He's striving for Christian leaders – he wants to destroy their reputation – the more people thought it was fool proof the better.

7.MARRIAGE AND FAMILY DISRUPTIONS.

Satan loves to destroy any relationship, but he also goes after key leader's marriages – even the pastor's marriage.
He likes to encourage prodigal children – to never return home. He wants to cause families to fight within the church and fight with the church. Satan knows if he can destroy a home, he has a better chance of destroying a church.

Thankfully, there is good news:
You are from God, little children, and you have conquered them, because the One who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world.
1 John 4:4

Let's be aware – and stand strong, Church.

2016 THE YEAR OF YOUR DAWN.

Job 38:12

Hast thou commanded the morning since thy days; [and] caused the dayspring to know his place;

Psalms 102:13
Thou shalt arise, [and] have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come.

THIS IS YOUR YEAR OF REST AND ATTONEMENT.

THE PERSECUTION OF THE APOSTLES.

HOW THE APOSTLES DIED.

1. Matthew Suffered martyrdom in Ethiopia,  Killed by a sword wound.

2. Mark  Died in Alexandria, Egypt , after being dragged by Horses through the streets until he was dead.

3. Luke  Was hanged in Greece as a result of his tremendous Preaching to the lost.

4. John  Faced martyrdom when he was boiled in huge Basin of boiling oil during a wave of persecution In Rome. However,he was miraculously delivered From death.
John was then sentenced to the mines on the prison Island of Patmos.
He wrote his prophetic Book of Revelation on Patmos .
The apostle John was later freed and returned to serve As Bishop of Edessa in modern Turkey .
He died as an old man, the only apostle to die peacefully

5. Peter  He was crucified upside down on an x-shaped cross.
According to church tradition it was because he told his tormentors that he felt unworthy to die In the same way that Jesus Christ had died.

6. James  The leader of the church in Jerusalem , was thrown over a hundred feet down from the southeast pinnacle of the Temple when he refused to deny his faith in Christ.
When they discovered that he survived the fall, his enemies beat James to death with a fuller's club.* This was the same pinnacle where Satan had taken Jesus during the Temptation.

7. James the Son of Zebedee, was a fisherman by trade when Jesus Called him to a lifetime of ministry.
As a strong leader of the church, James was beheaded at Jerusalem. The Roman officer who guarded James watched amazed as James defended his faith at his trial.
Later, the officer Walked beside James to the place of execution. Overcome by conviction, he declared his new faith to the judge and Knelt beside James to accept beheading as a Christian.

8. Bartholomew  Also known as Nathaniel Was a missionary to Asia. He witnessed for our  Lord in present day Turkey.
Bartholomew was martyred for his preaching in Armenia where he was flayed to death by a whip.

9. Andrew  Was crucified on an x-shaped cross in Patras, Greece.
After being whipped severely by seven soldiers they tied his body to the cross with cords to prolong his agony.
His followers reported that, when he was led toward the cross, Andrew saluted it in these words: 'I have long desired and expected this happy hour. The cross has been consecrated by the body of Christ hanging on it.'
He continued to preach to his tormentors For two days until he expired.

10. Thomas  Was stabbed with a spear in India during one of his missionary trips to establish the church in the Sub-continent.

11. Jude  Was killed with arrows when he refused to deny his faith in Christ.

12. Matthias  The apostle chosen to replace the traitor Judas Iscariot, was stoned and then beheaded.

13. Paul  Was tortured and then beheaded by theevil Emperor Nero at Rome in A.D. 67.
Paul endured a lengthy imprisonment, which allowed him to write his many epistles to the churches he had formed throughout the Roman Empire.
These letters, which taught many of the foundational Doctrines of Christianity, form a large portion of the New Testament.
Perhaps this is a reminder to us that our sufferings here are indeed minor compared to the intense persecution and cold cruelty faced by the apostles and disciples during their times For the sake of the Faith.
And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: But he that endureth to the end shall be saved.Pass on to encourage other Christians

Why Do we feel sleepy in Prayer,But stay awake through a 3 hour movie?

Why are we so bored when we look at the HOLY BOOK,

But find it easy to read other books?

Why is it so easy to ignore a msg about God,Yet we forward the nasty ones?

Why are Prayers getting smaller,But bars and clubs are expanding?

Why is it so easy to worship a celebrity, But very difficult to engage with God?

Think about it, are you going to forward  this?
